Privacy Policy

Hermes PersonalMail accesses its owner's Gmail message content and metadata with permission, solely for personal email management and authorized email actions.

Email data and related records are processed and stored under the owner's control. The owner manages their retention and deletion. Email content is not sent to external AI providers or other processors, sold, or used for advertising.

The owner can revoke access through their Google Account. Revoking access stops future access but does not delete previously stored data.

Use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
